A rapidly growing company with an increasing number of employees had a disorganized IT infrastructure without unified standards. Based on a consulting review, we prepared a phased upgrade plan – from standardizing computer equipment, setting up servers, and implementing centralized storage to security policies and automated backups. Result: improved stability, easier support, and fewer user issues.

The client wanted to reduce maintenance and increase email reliability. After assessing their needs and capabilities, we recommended migration to Microsoft 365, optimized licensing, and carried out the migration with minimal downtime. Users retained all existing data while gaining additional tools (Teams, OneDrive).

When opening a new business unit, we prepared a complete infrastructure plan for the client: selection of appropriate equipment, network segmentation, access to the central system via VPN, Wi-Fi coverage, and setup of workstations. With the “plug and play” solution, the new location was ready for operation in less than a day.

The client was using multiple overlapping solutions (paid antivirus licenses, outdated Office licenses, expensive external backups). Through a review, we identified redundancies and moved to a centralized solution (Microsoft 365 + Defender + OneDrive backup), reducing annual costs by over 35%.

The company was nearly a victim of a phishing attack. Following our consultation, we developed a security policy, implemented MFA, prepared employee guidelines, and adjusted access rights. Today, the company has a clear strategy, security processes, and an incident response plan.

The client wanted a multi-year plan for adapting IT support to the company’s planned growth. We prepared a document that includes: onboarding plans for new employees, expansion of network infrastructure, migration to a hybrid cloud environment, and gradual implementation of additional IT tools. IT is now supported by a clear strategy rather than ad-hoc solutions.
