Application development

For a company performing installations across Slovenia, we developed a project management application where managers initiate projects, assign tasks to teams, and monitor daily progress. Each task includes descriptions, attachments (plans, documentation), and a completion deadline. Installers in the field update the status, add photos, and provide comments via their phones.

Technicians and maintenance staff use the application to log daily interventions. Each task includes start and end times, location, service description, before/after photos, and the client's digital signature. The data is instantly visible to the dispatcher in the office, who monitors task status in real time.

For a construction company, we developed a solution where field employees daily enter worked hours and consumed materials. Everything is linked to a specific project or subtask. Management has oversight of costs and execution, and reports are automatically exported for accounting billing.

A company with multiple teams uses an application where each project includes a schedule and personnel allocation. The calendar view enables quick identification of overloads, coordination of vacations, and proactive planning of activities.

For a service company, we developed a web interface where the dispatcher drags tasks onto a timeline (drag & drop) and assigns them to individual teams. In the background, notifications are automatically sent via SMS or push messages to employees’ phones, including the location and work description.

For a client covering multiple locations daily, we integrated GPS location into the application. When an employee logs into a work task, the start and end locations are recorded. This ensures transparency and prevents inaccurate reporting of presence.
